If & When Eats is a Black and Hispanic-owned food truck bringing Caribbean flavor and serious heart to the South Florida food scene. Founded in 2023, the team is rooted in Jamaican, Montserratian, and Colombian heritage — and you can taste that culture in every bite.

Chef Ron, one of the owners, is classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu and has cooked for thousands daily at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel. Now, he’s putting that experience into every bowl, empanada, and tostone cup served from the truck.

The menu mixes Caribbean flavors with comfort food staples — think jerk salmon, jerk steak, oxtail, curried potato, and more, all served in rice bowls, quesadillas, and tostones. The passion behind their food is impossible to miss.
