Wynwood Retrospective - Art Basel 2025
Once upon a time, Wynwood was called Little San Juan, a working-class neighborhood filled with garages, mechanics, and vibrant Puerto Rican culture. Over time, as local artists discovered Wynwood’s warehouses and worn walls, they transformed them into canvases bursting with color. That creative spark grew into a full-fledged arts district, turning Wynwood into Miami’s most iconic cultural hub.
Dec. 5, 6, & 7 will be our final weekend in Wynwood. We want to honor the neighborhood that turned empty warehouses into culture and gave Smorgasburg its home.
Wynwood Retrospective: a three-day celebration honoring Wynwood’s cultural icons, with community experiences such as:

It’s a goodbye and a big thank you to the neighborhood we called home for the last 3.5 years. A tribute to the OG’s who built Wynwood. A moment to stand in the place where Miami’s creative story began. Join us for one last weekend in Wynwood.
